What a way to start the new year
I have breast cancer. Here is the backstory:
Late sept/Early Oct I had my annual physical and the doctor found a lump. I have first found the lump the day before the appointment. I didnt know what it was and was happy that I was going to see someone to see whats up.
On halloween, I had a sonogram and they found three lumps. I was then told to speak to a specialist. I had that appointment on December 16th. She recommends that I get a needle biopsy. I had the needle biospy on New years eve.
On Monday January 5th, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Yesterday I had a mamogram, mri and sonogram.
Today I spoke to the specialist and I am at stage 2. I have to get a needle biposy on the left breast because during the mri, they found a lump. I also have to see a plastic surgeon next week because the doctor recommend that I get the right breast remove.
(deep breath yall) I know this is a lot of iinformation to comprehend. I have been given information to read. I will read that tommorrow. I am doing well.
I was thinking since I may have to get the right remove, I may get the left one to. I am due to have surgey in four weeks.
They also recommend that if I want I can get implants.
I am fine. .
Please keep me in your prayers.
